Title: Multi-Channel Marketing apprentice

Salary: GBP23,000

Contract: In-office during probation with possible hybrid afterwards (3 days in-office)

Hours: 37.5 (early finish on Fridays)

Apprenticeship: Multi-Channel Marketer level 3

Duration: 15 months

Qualifications: Foundation Certificate CIM

The company:

Our client provides specialised engineered solutions for structures around the world. They re an international organisation with offices, production sites and more than 700 employees based across 15 countries on five continents. They re looking to grow their marketing team based in Leeds as part of their ongoing growth.

Duties:

Assist in the implementation of the corporate marketing strategy throughout the group. Promote the brand in line with core values and marketing strategy. Carry out additional tasks as required.

• Assist the Marketing Manager in the implementation of the marketing strategy across the group of companies;
• Liaise with external agencies, globally where appropriate, in order to properly communicate marketing requirements and ensure compliance;
• Provide timely marketing support as instructed by the Marketing Manager to help the group companies achieve their commercial objectives within their specific markets including:
  • Production of marketing materials (literature, presentations etc.);
  • Content creation for social media in line with group social media strategy;
  • Maintain social media presence as specified;
  • Website maintenance as required.

You will:

• Have experience using the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc;
• Have some knowledge of social media platforms and a general understanding of how they can be used for business purposes;
• Have experience creating presentations using things like PowerPoint;
• Have some experience or knowledge of WordPress or other CMS for website management purposes;
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Be a self-starter and capable of using your initiative to generate ideas and seize opportunities when they arise;
• Be proactive in your professional development and look for opportunities to learn and develop in areas of marketing;
• Have a full UK driving licence;
• Ideally, have A-levels or a degree in graphic design or a similar subject.

The Marketing Apprenticeship:

The Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship covers a wide range of marketing topics over its 15-month duration, including:

• Campaign management;
• Content creation;
• Social Media marketing;
• Digital and traditional communications;
• Brand management;
• Communication skills;
• Project Management;
• And much, much more.

Overall, it s the Swiss army knife of Marketing Apprenticeships. But, to sweeten the deal even more, we also enrol our apprentices on a Foundation certificate with the CIM. So, once you ve completed the programme, you ll have two qualifications, not just one like most other training providers.
