Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Assistant to work with our Marketing Manager at C&O. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
Knowledge of posting stories, videos and photos on social media is necessary.
Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Assist in creating eye catching and engaging, informative content for various digital channels, including social media, website, and email newsletters.
- Social Media Management: Support the management of our social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments/messages, and analysing performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
- Website Maintenance: Work closely with the Group Marketing Manager to create dynamic and engaging content, product information, news updates, and promotional offers.
- Basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress is desirable.
- Stock management: Create fresh and impressive adverts on the company website and advertising platforms for our stock items for sale.
- SEO Support: Collaborate with the Group Marketing Manager to implement search engine optimization (SEO) best practices across digital assets.
- Graphic Design Support: Assist in creating visual assets for Digital Marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, banners, infographics, and email templates.
- Additional ad-hoc support for marketing activities and marketing administration as required by the role.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally a familiarity with Digital Marketing tools/platforms (e.g., MailerLite, Mailchimp, Google Analytics).
- Experience with graphic design software is a desirable.
- Understanding of the agricultural and or construction industry is a plus for the role.
