Our clients mission is to be the recommended brand by Customers, Franchisees, and Employees, embarking on an exciting growth strategy, they aim to continue delighting customers through innovative Digital Marketing.

We're looking to recruit an exceptional Digital Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and 3rd party agencies to enhance and expand our client's digital lead generation program. This program is a key focus, aiming for long-term profitable and sustainable growth through various online performance marketing channels.

Responsibilities of a Digital Marketing Assistant;

• Identify new growth opportunities within existing ad platforms
• Assist in projects to expand these channels.
• Develop plans to broaden activity across other networks and platforms.
• Coordinate assets, from briefing to design agencies and distribution to performance marketing agencies.
• Collaborate with 3rd parties on a gifting basis to develop content for various platforms and media outlets.
• Develop partnerships with content providers.
• Validate inbound marketing leads.
• Work within the AWIN network to discover and nurture new affiliates.
• Coordinate updates to affiliate content, creative banners, and affiliate emails.
• Develop market-leading messaging and promotions across various content types, including static, video, and influencer content.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on the performance of new and existing performance marketing channels.
• Focus on KPIs such as Lead Generation, Cost Per Lead results, Impressions, and Interactions.

A preferred Digital Marketing Assistant should possess knowledge and skills in:

• Microsoft programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Google Products (Ads, Analytics)
• Personal sills
• Clear communicator
• Organized
• Pro-active
