AddressDigital Marketing and Ecommerce Executive
Iron City Motorcycles (part of Opus Motor Group) are rapidly expanding with new and exciting motorcycle brands. Our website is in the process of being updated and improved and new stock is landing across our stores. We need a competent and professional Marketing & ecommerce executive to help ensure what is advertised on our website reflects our award winning in store experience. Our dealerships are based in Tyne & Wear, Teesside and West Yorkshire. Our Kia dealership in Stockton would be the base location for this role but travel may be needed between our other stores.
This is an exciting entrepreneurial role in a rapidly expanding business where future growth opportunities will be available.
Key responsibilities of the Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Executive:
>General Digital Marketing responsibilities including website management, event planning and social media marketing for our Kia Stockton dealership.
>Take ownership of the product catalogue for Iron City Motorcycles ensuring information is kept up to date, and new products are uploaded accurately and efficiently
> Working with the Marketing Team and using data to enhance product merchandising, search engine optimisation and on-site
> Increasing sales through A/B Testing and improving product listings
> Acting upon and responding to requests for product information changes and website issues.
> Continuous measuring/testing of the customer experience on our websites to ensure a frictionless customer experience
> Regular auditing and maintenance of the online store vs physical store stock
> Regular updating to improve performance and conversion
> Helping with photo shoots and product visualisation
> Helping with Social media and product promotion
> Helping with stock management and introducing new brands and new products to meet customer demands
> Selection of product to advertise online and consideration of new brands to advertise
> Travel to dealerships will be required to carry out this role
Experience required:
Skills:
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento
- Knowledge of using Digital Marketing tools, including Google Analytics, SEO, and social media advertising
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of Excel or Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with web design principles or basic knowledge of what HTML/CSS coding is would be a plus
