Purpose of the Role
As a Digital Marketing Executive, your primary goal will be to plan and execute Digital Marketing strategies that boost brand visibility, acquire customers, and achieve business goals. You'll manage online channels, create and optimize content, oversee social media, execute email campaigns, and analyze data for continuous improvement. Your contribution will be essential to the growth and success of the company in the digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:
- Create, implement, and manage comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Digital Marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Content Creation and Optimization:
- Develop engaging and high-quality content for various digital platforms, optimizing for SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms, planning and executing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Email Marketing:
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to optimize for increased engagement and conversion rates.
- Paid Advertising:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads, monitoring budgets and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of Digital Marketing campaigns, preparing regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all channels.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging Digital Marketing technologies.

Qualifications/Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B marketing, customer communication, or related roles, preferably within FMCG.
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on developing and implementing successful strategies.
- Proficient in using Digital Marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Qualifications/Experience Desired:
- Qualification in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience using ecommerce platforms such as Magento.
- Experience using UI/UX tools such as Searchanise, Semrush, Hotjar, etc.
