Digital Marketing Executive
- Starting salary: £27,000pa.
- 9 am until 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 working hours)
- Hybrid role: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at home, Thursday, and Friday in the office.

Due to growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our client as a Digital Marketing Executive. The company is an e-commerce company which has been trading globally for nearly 20 years.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things digital and a strong understanding of online marketing strategies, particularly in a business-to-consumer (B2C) model. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role, and will require the successful candidate to be trustworthy, professional and be able to work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing Digital Marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and SEO.
- Liaising with influencers and social media content creators to boost brand awareness and sales.
- Creating exciting, new homepage banners and managing visual merchandising.
- Monitoring and analysing the performance of campaigns to optimise strategies and drive results.
- Creating engaging content for social media platforms.
- Developing innovative ideas and campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in Digital Marketing.
- Liaising with our external marketing agency to manage accounts.
- Managing product pricing and promotions for key sale events throughout the year.
- Analysing product performance and creating reports .
- Attending regular meetings with suppliers, management, and marketing colleagues to enhance the marketing plan.

Ideal Qualifications/Experience:
- Marketing Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Good working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite is desirable. (Prior use of Photoshop is essential).
- Excellent English language and grammar skills are essential, as this role requires strong written content to be produced, for a variety of demographics.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. (This may be through an apprenticeship or a university placement/sandwich year.)
- Proficiency in social media platforms and GA4 (Formerly Universal Google Analytics.)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and PPC advertising is a plus.
