Digital Marketing Executive
We are working with a well-known, European leading organisation on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Executive join their team in Warwick. This is an incredible opportunity to join a great company within an extremely collaborative and supportive team.
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you'll use your marketing expertise to work with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Campaigns Executives and will be fully involved in the development and implementation of the digital strategies to support the achievement of the company short and medium term objectives.
Your focus will be to support the wider marketing team and Group Marketing in carrying out all planned activities on schedule and within budget. Within this you will work with third party suppliers and Product Management, and you will be fully supportive of the sales teams across the business.
You will be the knowledgeable about Digital Marketing platforms, strategy and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to manage and optimise web and email channels across the company brands
- Manage and maintain CRM as required, working closely with the CRM Administrator
- Build strong relationships with Group Marketing to get on the forefront with digital developments on central level and act as a voice for the UK
- Implement Group led initiatives; including quarterly website content updates as required
- Work closely with wider marketing team to improve SEO across the company brand websites
- Manage and implement digital advertising campaigns across social, SEA and programmatic, working closely with Group and Head of Marketing
- Develop and implement the social media strategy, working closely with the wider marketing team
- Conduct market research on audiences and competitors – sharing findings with the wider marketing team
- Work closely with the eCommerce Sales Manager to optimise and develop third party websites and platforms
- Collaborate with agencies to deliver agreed digital communication material and activity that is fully in line with the company and brand guidelines
- Keep your finger on the pulse of emerging digital tools, platforms and Digital Marketing trends
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years working in a Digital Marketing role
- Computer literate - Microsoft packages including; Outlook, Word, Excel
- Experience of Google Analytics
- Experience of managing and delivering social media marketing activity
- Experience of managing and developing websites
- Experience of working with CRM
- Managing high workload independently
- Passion for Digital Marketing and emerging technologies
- CIM Level 4 qualification, 2:1 or higher degree qualification with Marketing focus or appropriate digital specialist qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Confidence to deal with people internally and externally at all levels
- Hands on and operational
- Self-motivated and have a proactive approach to work and the ability to work to targets and deadlines
- Demonstrate flexibility and adapt to change
- Able to work in a team
- Willingness to be flexible in your working hours and able to work outside normal hours as requested
- Organised, methodical and a keen eye for detail
