Digital Marketing Executive

Leamington Spa - hybrid

Salary £30,000 - £32,000 plus bonus and superb benefits

Job Purpose: Are you ready to shape the digital narrative for an industry leader? Join at this exciting moment in their product evolution and play a pivotal role in their ongoing growth. As a Digital Marketing Executive, reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you will be instrumental in creating and executing dynamic digital campaigns to elevate brand visibility and engage customers across the UK and international markets.

Main Duties:

1. Strategic Campaign Development: Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive Digital Marketing campaigns aligned with the company's objectives, utilizing various online channels to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

2. Online Presence Optimization: Enhance brand visibility and reach through SEO, content marketing, and other tactics, ensuring the optimization of the online presence for maximum impact.

3. Social Media Management: Manage and grow their social media presence by creating engaging content, fostering community engagement, and increasing brand awareness across platforms.

4. Paid Advertising: Implement and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads to drive targeted traffic and conversions, ensuring a strategic allocation of resources for optimal results.

5. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of Digital Marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

6. Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads through various digital channels, contributing to the expansion of their customer base.

7. Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing, to nurture leads and retain customers.

8. Content Marketing: Develop and oversee content strategies, ensuring the creation of compelling and relevant content for various digital channels to engage the target audience effectively.

9. Budget Management: Effectively manage Digital Marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact and return on investment.

10. Stay Current with Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in Digital Marketing platforms to keep the company at the forefront of Digital Marketing innovation.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience, and Attributes Required:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in marketing or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with a track record of devising engaging and motivating digital campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and ad serving tools.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments/testing.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-datewith the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Familiarity with web design.
  • Self-directed approach with a sense of ownership and pride in performance.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Good project management and time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of different social media platforms and their audiences and applications.
  • Ability to generate creative ideas and implement them effectively.
  • Good understanding of marketing generally and the digital market specifically.
