As a B2B Digital Marketing Executive you will play a pivotal role in our Marketing and Communications team. You'll be at the forefront of our digital engagement, shaping our online presence with your creativity and keen insight into the UK's social media landscape. Your role is pivotal in blending engaging content creation, strategic analytics, and trend-savvy communication to captivate our audience.
Responsibilities include:
o Digital Marketing Campaigns: Help plan, implement, and monitor B2B Digital Marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and company websites.
o Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's social media profiles and presence, fostering positive professional relationships.
o Content Creation: Collaborate with the Marketing Communications Designer to create high-quality digital content that aligns with our brand’s voice and marketing goals.
o Email Marketing: Help develop targeted email marketing campaigns for B2B audiences, focusing on lead nurturing and conversion.
o SEO/SEM: Help implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve visibility and ranking in B2B-related search queries.
o Digital Advertising: Execute B2B digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and retargeting.
o Analytics and Reporting: Analyse and report on campaign performance, using data to refine and optimise B2B marketing strategies.

Requirements
o Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
o At least 2 years experience in Digital Marketing, specifically in a B2B context.
o Strong understanding of B2B marketing channels and strategies.
o Experience with SEO/SEM, CRM software, and Google Analytics.
o Exceptional content creation and writing skills.
o Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.
o Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
o Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
