Our client is an award-winning online school, and they are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to support the Chief Growth Office in their Digital Marketing efforts.
You're a great candidate for this role if you are able enhance the existing strategies in PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Organic Social, Influencer Marketing, Webinars, Live Events, and Email Marketing.
And also spearhead the expansion into new digital realms such as YouTube, Podcasts, Mobile Marketing (including SMS, MMS, WhatsApp), and Digital Display Advertising, further developing the Email and Influencer Marketing strategies.
You will…
- Oversee and enhance the current Digital Marketing strategies in PPC, SEO, Paid Social media, Organic Social media, Influencer Marketing, Webinars, and Email Marketing.
- Spearhead the development and implementation of new channels like YouTube, Podcasts, and Mobile Marketing.
- Oversee the design and maintenance of the websites, ensuring optimal integration with all marketing channels to maximise leads and engagement.
- Create visually compelling content across various digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and message alignment.
- Innovate the Email and Influencer Marketing approach, employing advanced design and copywriting skills to elevate our campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer and other team members to align Digital Marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

- A proven track record in Digital Marketing with strong skills in web design, graphic design, and copywriting essential for creating engaging content and maintaining cutting-edge websites.#
- Extensive experience managing and growing digital channels, particularly on SEO, PPC, and social media platforms.
- The ability to analyse Digital Marketing data and make informed decisions to optimise campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of leading projects autonomously and in team settings.
- Proficiency in using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and web development tools (Webflow, WordPress) alongside exceptional writing abilities for copy across various marketing channels.
- Experience crafting compelling marketing copy that drives engagement and conversion, with a keen understanding of how to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.
- Experience marketing to an audience of parents and teenagers.
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Logistics: Remote UK - 4 days a year in London required
20 days annual leave + bank holiday
