Exciting Opportunity: Marketing Associate - £45,000 - £65,000

Hybrid - Cambridge

Our partner company, a leader in the convergence of cutting-edge AI and blockchain technologies, is currently seeking a Marketing Associate with Tech Product marketing experience, ideally marketing directly toward software engineers, to join their UK-based team.

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Associate with our partner company, you will:

  • Be responsible for customer acquisition and retention, with a primary focus on expanding the customer base, including software engineers.
  • Develop, implement, and scale innovative marketing initiatives, utilizing channels such as content, social media, paid search/ads, events (both virtual and in-person), and newsletters, tailored for tech-savvy audiences.
  • Create and manage marketing calendars to ensure strategic planning and execution.
  • Serve as a liaison between product, technology, and marketing teams, providing valuable insights and feedback to all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Content, and Design teams to effectively communicate the value proposition and deliver high-quality creative assets at all touchpoints.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and propose fresh ideas for content creation.
  • Work closely with the Website team to optimize the user experience and convey the value proposition effectively.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and overall marketing KPIs.


About You

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, ideally in a tech product context, with a focus on software engineer audiences.
  • Proficiency in performance marketing, including campaign targeting, testing, measurement, and optimization across various channels such as social, content, search, email, and referrals.
  • Advanced skills in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, heat-mapping, HubSpot, SEO tools, or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
  • A mindset geared towards experimentation and learning, fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Self-motivation and a genuine passion for technology.


Desirable Skills

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include:

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of the Web3 space.
