Gigstart has partnered with a leading Series A fintech within the alternative financing space that is seeking a new Senior Product Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. You will play an influential role in helping shape the product strategy and developing new propositions, with the opportunity to move into a more managerial role as you progress.
Responsabilities:
- Conduct in-depth research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities for new products.
- Validate the commercial and technical feasibility of new opportunities within a small team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, marketing, and customer support to successfully launch new products.
- Monitor and analyse product performance and customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products.
- Develop and implement a product roadmap that aligns with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
Required Experience:
- 4-5+ years product development experience in a fast-growing startup
- Interest in fintech.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of launching successful new products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
