Are you an experienced Office Manager looking for a fresh challenge in a dynamic media organisation?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join this award-winning TV Production and Talent Management group based in West London. The Operations Manager will support the delivery of office and facilities management across all the UK business divisions. The office has in the region of 120 people, so I'm interested in speaking to candidates who have worked in similar size environments. Working alongside the Global Director of Operations and People Operations Partner this role will have 3 direct reports.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing effective space utilisation and oversee all internal moves
- Planning and coordinating production set-ups and shutdowns
- Conducting daily and weekly office checks to maintain highest possible standard of office presentation
- Managing service contractors including catering, building maintenance, hospitality and administering tendering procedures as and when necessary
- Ensuring compliance with sustainable best business practices and in line with sustainability policy and goals
- Day to day management of the Operations Coordinator, Operations Assistant and Receptionist
- Managing Health and Safety policy throughout the company; ensuring and monitoring compliance with Health and Safety regulations
- Managing Health and Safety training throughout the company and maintaining records
- Managing in-house events
Interested candidates must possess proven experience in office and facilities management and experience in conducting tendering processes. Additionally, you will have previously managed Health and Safety training/policy (ideally with IOSH accreditation) and ideally have some experience in event management.
