About the Lead Product Manager role
We are looking for a customer-centric Lead Product Manager to manage two Product squads. You will support and lead the team acting as a servant leader while working closely with engineering and design to build great teams and Products.
This role will focus on the company's core customer-facing product so the Lead Product Manager will need to think globally when creating and driving the Product Roamap. Due to the nature of the Product, you will need to have a strong eye for detail and will work closely with UX and UI designers to build engaging product experiences.
This is an incredible career development opportunity as this team has huge growth plans to scale to at least 4 teams over the next 12 months.
Skills Required for this role:
- Very experienced Product Leader who has managed and scaled successful product teams.
- You have mentored, upskilled and directly managed Product Managers.
- You have built and created products that have added real value to the customer with proven examples.
- Experience building products in a marketplace, B2C or customer-facing Product environment is needed.
- Worked closely with designers and engineers to create exceptional product experiences.
- You have worked in a scaled Product environment where there is structure yet ambiguity at times.
- You have exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement.
- You’re passionate and excited about having a positive impact on customers’ financial wellbeing.
