Role Overview: 

This Product Manager Lead role will lead the product strategy and development for either the LP (Limited Partner) or GP (General Partner) business vertical for the company. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO), this is the most senior Individual Contributor (IC) role in the product organisation. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic propositions to drive business growth for your market segment. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, analysing customer behaviour, and creating compelling value propositions that differentiate the company’s products and services in the market. This Product Manager Lead role will start as an IC role but has scope to develop and manage your own team in the future.

• Form a deep understanding of customers in your vertical and be their voice across your organisation. Create a product vision around what your customer base needs!
• Work with the Chief Product Officer and other senior stakeholders to create business plans and roadmaps that align client and company objectives.
• Oversee the development and enhancement of software to service the needs of your customer base.

Top Three Requirements for the Product Manager Lead role:

• Expertise in and affinity to the asset management industry, with direct experience in private equity / alternative assets being a significant benefit.
• Strong track record in product management for the business information services industry, with practical experience in private equity / alternative assets highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization internally and externally. This role reports into the c-level!
