Digital Marketing Manager

Salary: GBP33,300 - GBP43,400

Location: Cambridge/Hybrid

Contract: 12 Months Fixed Term/Secondment

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital marketer who will help shape the future of English marketing initiatives.

We are Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation and a proud part of the University of Cambridge.

About the role

Working across a global marketing team, the role will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated Digital Marketing activity, maximising audience reach, engagement and return on investment for our varied initiatives across sector, brand, events and in region.

A go-to person for all things Digital Marketing, the role is abreast of the very latest trends and developments and will champion the capabilities of our Digital Marketing channels to create a centre of excellence to facilitate innovation; ensuring strategic alignment with business goals and with measurement and continuous improvement at its heart.

About you

You will have extensive experience building and managing integrated Digital Marketing campaigns, with a track record of implementing successful strategies across paid social, search, remarketing and email.

You will be highly organised and detailed orientated with a hands-on approach; enjoyment working with data and new technology, as well as quick to identify and further new opportunities. You'll be creative in building a dialogue with stakeholders that both supports and motivates.
