We are currently looking to recruit a Legal Administrator for our successful and market-leading client in Nottingham, who offer flexibility and growth for their employees. This role would suit someone who is keen to develop over a period of time with a willingness and ability to learn.
As part of the team, you’ll require:
• A good knowledge of Microsoft Packages such Word, Excel and Outlook with strong typing skills
• Possess strong administration skills and experience of document management systems
• Have a confident and flexible approach with a can do attitude
• Be an effective communicator with the ability to liaise with internal and external clients
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage own time effectively within a fast-paced environment
• Conscientious, taking personal responsibility for own work and accountability for its delivery and quality
Working in a fast paced environment, the Team Admin Assistant will ideally have the ability to multi-task effectively, have attention to detail and show strong communication and interpersonal skills.
As the Admin Assistant, you’ll also:
• Managing the general administration tasks and supporting the team activity
• Assisting in the preparation of documents and ensuring that these are all up to date and added to the database
• Handling a busy workload across emails and calls internally and externally
• Data entry onto internal systems
• Booking of travel and accommodation when needed
• Carrying out general admin duties such as scanning, photocopying, printing, and filing
• Opening & closing of files
• Ensuring compliance with business wide/department policies and procedures
• Typing of letters and other documentation
• Liaising with internal and external clients
• Organising courier delivery and collection
• Assisting with the processing of bills
• Attending team meetings
Salary & Working Hours
£25,000 per annum
This is a full or part timr role, with hybrid working hours Monday – Friday between the hours of 9am – 5pm
