Prescient Group are supporting a leading retail organisation with Head Offices in Nottingham to recruit a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to supercharge their online sales and e-commerce initiatives. 

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of the digital and e-commerce strategies. You'll drive online sales, enhance digital presence, and implement innovative marketing campaigns.

As a Digital Marketing Manager You Will Be Responsible For –

• Strategic Development 
• Digital Presence Management: Oversee and optimise our online presence across websites, social media platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising channels. 
• Market Research 
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel Digital Marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, PPC, email, social media, and content marketing. 
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance and customer engagement metrics to refine strategies and maximise ROI. 
• Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. 
• Content Oversight: Direct the creation and management of compelling digital content that drives engagement and conversions. 
• KPI Tracking: Track, report, and optimise key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the effectiveness of Digital Marketing activities. 
• Budget Management

To Succeed In This Role You Will Need The Following Skills –

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 5 years in Digital Marketing with a strong focus on e- commerce. 
• Demonstrated success in driving online sales and achieving sales targets. 
• Deep understanding of Digital Marketing channels, tools, and best practices. 
• Experience with SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. 
• Proficient in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc. 
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
