An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing Manager to join a dynamic, innovative and every growing technology company based in East Grinstead.

In this new and exciting Digital Marketing Manager role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Digital Marketing campaigns across various channels.

Key responsibilities include:

• Digital Strategy: Developing and executing comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Content Creation: Creating and optimizing compelling content for various digital platforms, including website, social media, email, and other relevant channels.
• Social Media Management: Managing and growing the companies social media presence, including content planning, posting, monitoring, and engagement.
• SEO Optimization: Conducting keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO optimization to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
• Paid Advertising: Implementing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc., to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
• Website Management: Managing WordPress website and the Shopify Ecommerce Website - updating products, pricing and optimising pages to increase conversions.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing Digital Marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

This is a business critical role that will see you making a valuable contribution to the day to day operations and ongoing success and growth of the business. Through working closely with cross functional teams such as design, sales and product, you will ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.

If you have proven experience as Digital Marketing Manager with a strong understanding of Digital Marketing channels, strategies and tools, we want to hear from you.

Skills required:

• SEO, SEM, social media platforms, email marketing, WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, lead generation, marketing campaigns & strategies, and analytics.
• Experience in graphic design tools, photoshop, indesign, Canva etc
• Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) are desirable.
