About Diverse Diagnostics

Diverse Diagnostics is a leading private mental health clinic in Scotland specialising in ADHD and ASD for children and adults. Due to continued expansion into Northern Ireland and England, we are presently seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team. This is an ideal role for a results-driven individual with proven experience in digital audience engagement to play a pivotal role in the delivery of an ambitious growth strategy.

As our first internal marketing hire, you will have significant responsibility to develop and implement Digital Marketing strategies that contribute to the growth of the clinic and the services it offers. Diverse Diagnostics works in conjunction with a marketing agency which the Marketing Manager will oversee. Driven by data you’ll quickly iterate and methodically improve our results month on month. You will have a ‘test, learn and optimise’ mindset with hands on experience of paid, earned, shared and owned marketing techniques.


Responsibilities:


  • Planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall Digital Marketing strategy to grow customer reach and engagement
  • Overseeing all aspects of Digital Marketing (including SEO, data analytics, PPC, email, affiliates, CRM display, and social ) working in conjunction with a marketing agency
  • Develop and maintain an insight-driven content strategy, inclusive of content calendar that supports amplifying the experience of our clinical team and supporting those living with mental health conditions living their best lives
  • Take ownership of the channel strategy, including optimising social media channels to increase relevant reach and engagement and optimising website performance and user experience
  • Utilise analytics tools to track and analyse key metrics, identify areas for improvement and execute on optimisation tactics
  • Set KPIs for all marketing activities with data-driven benchmarks and targets, developing regular reports for clinic leadership on the impact of strategies employed
  • Ensuring best in class market campaigns increasing target audience engagement online and creating patient-centric omnichannel experience for the Clinic
  • Keeping abreast of industry developments and translating knowledge into strategic guidance for Diverse Diagnostics - evolving content, channel and optimization strategies
  • Collaborate with staff across the business to holistically understand and communicate Diverse Diagnostics offering to the target communities
  • Lead the work of partner agencies to maximize results and ensure efficient and effective ways of working
  • Participate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical business objectives with other members of the senior leadership team supporting the organizational strategy


Skills and qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years proven marketing experience with digital at its core
  • E-commerce experience a bonus
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively, set and articulate strategies, present ideas, influence and report on outcomes to leadership
  • Adept at gathering and interpreting data and analytics from cross-channel platforms to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with website management and optimisation inclusive of ability to work within CMS, execute against SEO best practices and deliver on UX/UI principles
  • Creative with the ability to deeply understand the business and develop innovative marketing approaches
  • Results-driven with track record of delivering commercially meaningful outcomes
  • Strong expertise in Digital Marketing - including paid media, SEO, SEM, influencer engagement, social strategy and email marketing
  • Team player but capable of working independently
  • Omnichannel mindset - creating seamless customer journeys between content and channels to improve outcomes
  • Strong project and stakeholder marketing skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, guide agency/partners, pre-empt and resolve issues and ultimately drive results
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £33,000- £36,000 dependant on experience

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday (9-5pm)

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Glasgow G61 2SW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
  • Must be able to work in the UK

Education:

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

  • Digital marketing: 3- 5 years (preferred)
  • Ecommerce: 3 years
