Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in conducting various Digital Marketing tasks including SEO, PPC, Paid Media, and Organic social media. While not essential, experience in Metasearch/OTA advertising for hotels would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies to achieve client objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, and on-page and off-page SEO optimisation to improve website visibility and rankings.
• Manage PPC campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.
• Create and optimise paid media campaigns to maximise ROI.
• Develop and execute organic social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to clients.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Digital Marketing and implement them effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven 2+ years’ experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Proficiency in SEO, PPC, Paid Media, and Organic Social Media.
• Experience with Metasearch/OTA advertising for hotels (preferred but not essential).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in writing proposals and pitching to clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £38,000.00 per year
