As the Digital Pedagogy Team Leader, you will be at the forefront of our educational innovation. You will lead a talented team of learning support technologists, collaborating to design, implement, and refine digital teaching strategies that enhance learning outcomes. As a Microsoft Showcase College, you will lead on a range of Microsoft initiatives, including growing, supporting and developing the college's Microsoft Innovative Educator Experts.

Digital Pedagogy Team Leader
Teaching and Learning
Permanent vacancy - 37 hours per week
£45,096 per annum

Reporting to the Director of Pedagogy and Innovation, our new Team Leader will ensure that our teachers have the knowledge and tools to enable them to be the best that they can be. You will ensure that the latest, most effective digital pedagogical practices are embedded to deliver the highest quality learning experience for our students, resulting in exceptional outcomes.

As part of the teaching and learning team, our new Digital Pedagogy Team Leader will play a critical role in the college quality assurance processes, along with supporting the delivery of the teacher training and induction programme. The role will also require you to engage teachers in new immersive technologies, including virtual reality, and using the college's Discover Digital spaces - creating a culture where staff can develop their digital insights.
