They have continued an impressive growth curve since their inception and with new product lines in the offing they’re looking to grow their in-house digital team and secure a Product Design Lead, to really own and refine their digital customer experience.
What they need –
- Someone who is customer obsessed - capable of managing the process from user feedback and workshops through to concept and delivery
- An expert on all things UI design ideally for another D2C/ecommerce business
- Someone with a hyper curious attitude, always eager to test and learn and iterate to improve the digital experience
- Someone who loves problem solving, undertaking research and testing to develop exceptional user experiences
- An experienced Digital Product Designer who wants to deliver unique design solutions to enhance the user experience for millions of global customers
- A team player who knows how to work in a cross-functional team, advising on usability best practice and ensuring the product strategy is delivered in a timely manner
- Someone who’s as confident concepting and prototyping ideas under their own steam, as they are communicating across the business and managing the roll out of design solutions
What you're great at –
- Tackling complex design problems with a curious attitude and customer centric approach
- Taking your ideas from initial concept and sketch to delivery, overseeing user testing to further improve the product experience
- Project managing processes – capable of liaising laterally and upwards in an agile and collaborative business
- Confident working at pace and autonomously - as the first in-house Product Design specialist the workload will be varied and challenging
- Designing interfaces and interactions for a global brand, delivering seamless user experience to a large user base
- Pushing the envelope – you like to challenge the status quo and like to innovate with the design solutions you come up with, challenging ideas with heavily evidence-based research, always striving to innovate with the design solutions you come up with
- Digesting user research to inform your designs and adapting said designs based on usability issues discovered during testing – you have an agile mindset and are focused on delivering the most seamless customer experience possible alongside the rest of the team
