Digital Product Owner

We are looking for a Product Owner who is a clear thinker with vision, energy, attention to detail and drive, to manage and improve one of our key customer facing Digital Products. 
You will be leading the Product from a strategic and delivery perspective, to ultimately ensure a high quality product that is continuously improved, and well aligned with business and user needs.
What you'll need...
Ideally 1-2 years experience as a Product Owner or in Digital Product management, possibly looking to make a step into a more senior role, managing a highly visible and key product for our business
Agile and Scrum experience 
Passionate about solving problems for our internal and external customers
Analytical problem solver - comfortable making decisions and knowing when to escalate 
Experience within the transport sector or Ecommerce experience is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills - across technology and business stakeholders
Detailed and broad experience in managing multiple stakeholders, from various business functions and varying levels of seniority

Product strategy skills – you can develop and articulate a clear product vision grounded in business benefit and customer research
Product delivery skills – you can work within a Scrum team to deliver a continuous pipeline of changes
CX skills – you will live and breathe the customer experience, and possess a detailed understanding of the end to end user journey
Stakeholder management - this role works with multiple stakeholders across our business, so you must be well versed in stakeholder engagement
Commercial skills - you can analyse, and make commercially sound decisions
