We have a really exciting new role available in our Digital Department as a Digital Projects Executive. Working within the Digital team, the key objective of this role is to support the Digital Marketing Manager for Projects with administration and coordination of all ongoing activities. This will primarily involve the administration and management of incoming digital briefs and maintenance of the digital briefing process. There will also be involvement in other projects that are created by or assigned to the Projects team.

Administration of Incoming Digital Briefs:
- Manage incoming digital briefs using Trello, ensuring clarity and completeness for ease of execution.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Digital and other Commercial teams for specific digital briefs, addressing any obstacles hindering the Digital team's progress and escalating queries or concerns to the Commercial team.
- Develop digital plans for the Digital team, submit them to the Commercial team for review, and facilitate communication regarding any inquiries or issues related to the digital plan.
- Create digital asset briefs and coordinate with the Design Studio for execution, oversee the timely completion of assets, and ensure seamless sharing with the Digital team.
- Maintain organisation within the Trello board to optimise usability and efficiency.
Collaboration and Project Execution:
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and other team members to implement and execute projects aimed at enhancing Stonegate's internal and external digital initiatives.
- Assist in monitoring project timelines and milestones.
- Support in gathering and organising project-related data and documentation.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for project ideation and improvement strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform project approaches.
