Position: Digital Sales Specialist - Remote

Location: Home-based within a 2-hour radius of Stockton-on-Tees, with occasional travel for team meetings (approximately every 4 to 6 weeks).

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:45 am to 4:45 pm.

Responsibilities:

1. Follow up on warm leads to generate new business.
2. Work towards KPIs and sales targets.
3. Demonstrate core product knowledge across the digital space.
4. Drive customer service excellence.
5. Be adaptable, disciplined, and accountable.
6. Collaborate effectively with colleagues.
7. Handle objections and close sales effectively.
8. Maintain attention to detail.
9. Utilise IT literacy to perform job duties.

Requirements:

1. Sales experience with a proven track record.
2. Motivational and adaptable attitude.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Comfortable with basic sales disciplines such as prospecting and closing.
5. IT literate.
6. Ability to attend a 4-day induction in Stockton-on-Tees during the first week (expenses paid).
