Description of role and key responsibilities    

As an Operational Support Team Member for our Business Savings offering, your role is to assist with the closure of client accounts in relation to the exit/closure of the Business Savings funding channel. Your primary responsibility will be to support the account closure process and ensure a smooth transition for clients. In addition, you will also assist clients via the telephone with online banking log on issues. This is a 3 month contract.

What will you be doing?

•     Account Closure: Provide support and assistance in the closure of client accounts as part of the business exit. This includes following established procedures, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring all necessary process steps are completed accurately.
•    Client Communication: Communicate with clients to with queries relating to the account closure process, timelines, and any required actions on their part. 
•    Telephone and Online Banking Support: Assist clients with online banking log in issues via the telephone. Provide guidance and troubleshooting assistance to help clients resolve their login issues and access their accounts effectively.

•    Strong communication skills including relationship management skills.
•    Experience dealing directly with clients via the telephone.
•    Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise workload.
•    Ability to work under pressure and to tight time frames.
•    Self-motivated with an ability to work individually and as part of a team.
•    Excellent communication skills
