About the Role:
Responsibilities and Impact:
Market Intelligence Finance is seeking a dynamic and strategically minded professional to join the Commercial Finance organization to support the commercial leadership team. The Director of Finance will be a critical adviser to senior leaders within Finance and Commercial, helping to drive an efficient cost effective Commercial organization.
- Facilitate the Budget Planning process with Finance Business Partners and Commercial Team
- Act as liaison between Commercial Finance and Sales Operations team
- Act as Commercial Finance partner to Head of Americas Sales
- Work independently to find areas for process improvement within the Commercial Finance world. Discovery may include but is not limited to:
- interviewing senior stakeholders for historical knowledge
- documenting processes and procedures
- best practice research
- compiling and analyzing data sets
- Represent Head of Commercial Finance in key meetings and initiatives that align with Commercial Finance's vision.
- Act as liaison between Accounts Receivable and Commercial organization, ensuring that commercial teams are leveraged in collecting large delinquent balances.
- Work with project team to align Anaplan with the Commercial structure.
- In concert with the Commission team, analyze commission data to develop new commission approaches that cost effectively drive the right behaviors.
- Develop commercial performance metrics leveraging the Xactly commission data.
- Domestic and international travel up to 10% should be anticipated.

- Aptitude to gather and interpret data from various sources, identifying trends and insights
- Clear and concise communication with the ability to present complex concepts
- Keen interpersonal skills that embrace diverse viewpoints and a genuine eagerness to learn
- Positive, enthusiastic mindset contributing to a collaborative environment
- Knowledge of Anaplan, Salesforce, Smartview, Smartsheet.
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $121,757 to $213,964. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

What We're Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree required, preferred in Accounting, Business, or Economics
- 10+ years of professional work experience, including 5+ years in a corporate setting in a Finance, Strategy, Project Management/Operations role
- Proven experience in strategic planning and business operations
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Superior problem-solving abilities focused on long-term solutions
