Our client is a leader in their field. As part of the strategic objectives to provide best in class service to their clients they seek a Director level Management Consultant to spearhead the growth of their Consulting division across the EMEA region. Our client operate an entrepreneurial, matrixed business and seek internationally experienced leaders to contribute to their growth agenda.
Job Description
The role will be varied as you will be hands on enough to own delivery for client solutions but also strategic enough to help create service offerings that will meet client needs. You will be an experienced leader and developer of people who enjoys working in a collaborative fashion..
Key accountabilities include:
- Working closely with clients to assess the value creation potential within their business, and developing action plans to deliver against performance improvement initiatives
- Driving the implementation of agreed strategic objectives
- Developing strong client relationships and creating a strong business development pipeline
- Acting as a subject matter expert within your practice area
- Hiring and developing a great team
- Identifying service lines that will benefit client experience
The Successful Applicant
The role is based in London but as a client facing role there will be significant travel - both in the UK and abroad. The individuals we seek will have a strong track record in building fantastic working partnerships with clients.
Key requirements include:
- Demonstrable track record of successfully delivering consulting programs or delivering an operational transformation at an accelerated pace within a consultancy or corporate background;
- Track record in business development, including generation of new leads and building out existing projects;
- Experience with Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 clients is desirable;
- Senior stakeholder and project management capability,
- Experience in managing and developing talent;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and a commercial mindset
