There is a leading multidisciplinary consultancy firm with a focus on providing innovative solutions to their clients in the construction industry. They work on a wide range of projects, from refurbishments to large-scale developments, and are dedicated to providing the highest level of service to all their clients.

About the Role: As the Director of Building Services, you will lead a team of mechanical and electrical engineers. Responsible for the coordination of the team and work winning. This company has recently accquired a civils and structure practice and now want a M&E division to support it. You will oversee the team's work, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest quality standards, within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of mechanical and electrical engineers
• Oversee the design and delivery of mechanical, electrical, for building projects
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
• Manage project budgets and schedules
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for business development and growth
• Liase with other disciplines within the business

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in the Building Services industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience with business development and client management
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
