SalaryAs the successful candidate, you will work on understanding the company's needs and bringing ideas on how to improve the way the business functions. A part of your role will also involve bringing in ideas for product development and working with your team to create the high level design for the delivery of those products.
The role is hybrid, based in central London and it is offering £110,000 - £125,000 + car allowance + bonus!
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Data & Analytics, currently in a leadership and strategy-focused role
- Experience managing a team of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Analysts, Data Governance Specialists etc
- Stakeholder management abilities, capable of understanding business needs and translating them to the technical team
- Experience in managing project delivery and translating an idea into a product
- Experience in healthcare or other heavily regulated sectors
Desirable skills:
- Databricks use and knowledge
- Technical background such as hands-on Data Scientist or Data Engineer
