Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key partners and business leaders• Define business requirements and processes• Lead shaping of target state architecture and execution roadmaps• Collaborate with the architecture community across the bank to ensure alignment• Develop and review architecture and design documentation• Identify data sources and work out a plan for data management• Drive architecture governance process• Provide trusted advice across strategy and implementation• Resolve issues, assess potential risks, and identify solutions• Identify new opportunities to improve data products and support business adoption
Requirements
• Formal training or certification on Data Architecture concepts• 6+ years of Data Architecture or Enterprise Architecture applied experience• 4+ years of AWS cloud experience• 3+ years of experience building data products• 2+ years of experience with enterprise data governance• Experience developing and leading cross-functional teams of Data architects• Ability to implement common data management and reporting technologies• Knowledge of columnar and NoSQL databases, data visualization, unstructured data, and predictive analytics• Practical cloud native experience• Ability to formulate Data Strategy and Conceptual Architecture• Experience with relational and non-relational database technologies and event driven architecture
