Job description

The Perse is one of the country’s leading co-educational independent day schools, providing a high quality education to pupils aged 3-18 in Cambridge.

 

An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Director of Development to lead our small team with ambition, creativity and energy. You will be a visible senior leader within School and an important ambassador externally. We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Director to apply expertise across the full range of Development activities and also provide insight to help us shape our future fundraising vision and strategy. This will initially be a one-year fixed term appointment to lead the department while we work through our strategic review, however we are realistic about what can be achieved in one year and we will work with you to prioritise the areas of responsibility, taking into account your experience and interests.

We will consider full-time, part-time and flexible working options.

A highly competitive renumeration package will be offered commensurate with experience.
