From the Mulberry Bush’s humble beginnings in 1948, we have established an outstanding reputation for transforming the lives of those affected by childhood trauma. We currently operate a registered children’s home and a non-maintained special school; provide outreach programmes to schools, and local authorities to help address challenging behaviours; we partner with leading universities to provide evidence-based research designed to build children’s social and emotional skills; as well as providing consultancy services both nationally and internationally.
We are currently looking for a talented part-time (3 to 4 days a week) Director of Finance to join our Charity Leadership team, based in Standlake, Oxfordshire. You will report to the CEO, and work alongside our Board of Trustees.
Director of Finance
As Director of Finance, you will play a key role in a broad range of activities related to supporting the development of the Mulberry Bush’s business strategy, owning the strategic and operational finance requirements of the organisation, as well as managing the small finance team.To be successful in your application, you will need to demonstrate excellence in:
- Leadership and strategic change management.
- Strong expertise in the technical and operational areas of Finance.
