Candidate Profile

We are seeking highly qualified individuals with a background in Audit, Corporate Finance, Restructuring, or Business Advisory gained within a reputable Accountancy Firm, who have subsequently transitioned into leadership positions within industry. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Previous experience at Finance Director/CFO level
• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• A background in Audit/Corporate Finance, Restructuring, or Business Advisory within an Accountancy Firm and experience reporting under IFRS regulatory standards
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
