Title: Finance Business Partner
Salary: £54,632 per annum
Contract: 7 months fixed term, maternity cover. We encourage applications from candidates who are currently looking for external secondment opportunities
Hours: 35 hours per week (we are open to compressed hours in line with Crisis' Flexible Working Policy)
Location: London office with home working in line with Crisis' Hybrid Working Policy (you would only be required to come into the office once a week)
About the role
We have a 7 month fixed term contract opportunity to join Crisis as a Finance Business Partner, engaging stakeholders across directorates including People and Resource as as well as Brand, Marketing and Fundraising. You will proactively support Crisis by providing relevant financial information and add value using financial analysis. Working closely with the newly appointed Head of Finance Business Partnering, you will shape the future of how finance business partnering operates at Crisis, streamlining financial management bringing us closer to our mission of ending homelessness.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent CCAB recognised accounting qualification, or working towards such a qualification, or can demonstrate being qualified by experience. The ideal candidate for this role will:
- Demonstrate the ability to deliver insight, influence decisions and critically appraise plans, ensuring the FBP role is a valued and integral part of the organisation.
- Ability to analyse and interpret financial data and deliver insight in a clear and engaging style
- Have an innovative approach and ability to work in a changing environment
- Ability to bring numbers to life; present and communicate financial performance and analysis to stakeholders
- Enjoy working in fast paced environment
