Director of Food & Beverage

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 Annually + Benefits + Meals + Amazing Discounts!

Location: Banff, AB

My client, a global hospitality company, renowned for its commitment to excellence, is seeking a Director of Food and Beverage to join its dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall success of the Food & Beverage operations
• Lead, inspire, and coach the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest service, maintain colleague satisfaction, and ensure profitability
• Oversees the development of menus, service delivery and standards for all Food and Beverage operations
• Be a dynamic member of the hotel's Executive Committee and ensures strong departmental representation on other hotel committees and activities
• Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations

Ideal Director of Food & Beverage:

• A minimum of 3 years as a Director in Food & Beverage at a diamond property
• Preopening experience with hotels or restaurants required
• Strong culinary and wine knowledge
• Hotel/Restaurant Management or related degree an asset
• Proven track record of strong financial and cost control knowledge
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
