Your Story
- You hold a degree in computer science, information management, or a related field, providing you with a solid foundation in Information Security principles.
- With over 8 years of hands-on experience, you have developed, implemented, and refined security architectures across large-scale products and intricate cloud infrastructures.
- You have a proven track record in crafting comprehensive security policies and procedures, guiding engineering teams through secure and continuous deployment practices.
- You are well-versed in cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure, with an expert grasp on their security controls, ensuring a robust and secure cloud environment.
- You've successfully led teams within Agile software development frameworks, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- You are familiar with global compliance initiatives and security frameworks such as ISO, GDPR, PCI DSS and FedRAMP, ensuring On's practices are up-to-date and compliant.
- Your leadership skills are top-notch, inspiring trust and excellence within your team and across the broader On organisation.
- You bring strong oral and written communication skills to the table, paired with fluency in English. Your ability to influence and articulate ideas ensures clear and impactful interactions across all levels of the organisation.
