What does the role involve?
You will:
- Create a collaborative and efficient workplace with attention to quality standards and policies in addition to supporting the business commercial strategies.
- Contribute to the strategic and corporate direction and management of the business as part of the senior leadership team.
- Provide professional nursing advice to the UK/IE Board, managers and employees in accordance with national policy and regulations.
- Ensure the highest standards of corporate and clinical governance are maintained in the UK/IE organization.
- Foster a culture which values continuing professional development and empowering nurses whilst also embedding Clinical Quality and Governance.
This role requires regular travel and therefore a UK driving licence is essential.
