Director of Operations – QSR

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000  

Location: Detroit, Michigan  

A leading QSR brand is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee and optimize the performance of multiple locations, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency.
This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in managing high-volume, fast-paced environments and driving strategic growth initiatives.

DOO Responsibilities: 

• Oversee daily operations across multiple locations to ensure consistent quality and efficiency
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive operational excellence and achieve business goals
• Manage budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control to maximize profitability.
• Lead and mentor a team of managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Analyze performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to stay ahead in a competitive market

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a Director of Operations role
• Experience working within a high volume restaurant
• A strong leader and coach 
• Demonstrates strong communication skills 
• Hospitality focused
