Managing the Service:
- To be the Senior Operational Lead for SACMHA and deputise for the CEO
- Monitor and regularly review staffing establishments to ensure that SACMHA has a safe, cost effective and flexible workforce.
- Have oversight of service budgets in partnership with our Business & Finance Manager.
- Work with external organisations to ensure collaborative and integrated working.
- Provide direct supervision and support.
- Service Development and new commissions.
