SalaryA specialist communications consultancy are looking for a Director with strong experience in political and Stakeholder Engagement to join their team. They have a particular focus on planning and property offering services such as Stakeholder Engagement, planning consultations and digital engagement.
Main Responsibilities:
* Leading and solely managing client accounts and projects
* Creating and implementing engagement strategies for clients
* Monitoring and analysing developments on policy and wider politics to advise clients accurately
* Winning new business- writing bids and tenders
Skils/Experience Required:
* Demonstrable experience providing expert advice to clients on engagement and communications within property or planning
* Able to bring in new clients and projects through business development
* Comfortable leading and managing projects on your own
This role is hybrid but the team meet up fairly regularly to catch up in-person. It is a unique hourglass business model where they only have Directors and Associate Directors in the business so there is a high level of autonomy in the role.
