The Camunda Revenue Operations team directly supports our Field organization, which includes account development, sales, partners, customer success and consulting. In this remote position, you will lead a team of functionally aligned Strategy & Operations Managers to act as business partners to Field leadership, and ensure holistic collaboration to drive end-to-end business process optimization with the customer in mind. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Revenue and/or Sales Operations, a proven track record of successfully managing teams, and a strategic mindset to drive operational efficiency across our Field organization in support of our Go To Market strategy.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to a functionally aligned team of Operations managers, ensuring alignment with company and stakeholder objectives and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement..
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the end-to-end revenue cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and renewal.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement in revenue generation processes, in partnership with our Data & Insights team.
  • Implement and refine processes to enhance communication, collaboration and alignment across our Field and Marketing functions.
  • Collaborate with Go To Market Systems, IT and other stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of our technology stack.

What You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, with a proven track record of success.
  • Previous experience managing and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels.
  • Experience managing relationships and working cross-functionally within global organizations.
  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product.

Added Advantage

  • Experience with Salesforce and Sales productivity solutions
  • Experience partnering with Finance on budgeting and planning

What We Have to Offer:

Compensation

Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.

The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:

  • United States: $199,100.00 to $298,600.00
  • Germany: €132,400.00 to €198,600.00
  • United Kingdom: £129,000.00 to £193,500.00
  • Singapore: S$247,300.00 to S$370,900.00

If you are outside one of these countries, you would be employed by our Preferred Employer Organization (PEO), Remote.
