Job Description
Based in London, our luxury award-winning hotel brand are looking for an Assistant Director of Revenue to join their team on a permanent basis.
This job would suit an experienced and skilled Revenue Manager to be responsible for assisting the Director of Revenue Strategy in revenue management efforts for the hotel, deputising for the Director of Revenue Strategy during their absence and driving the performance of the Reservations teams.

The successful individual will be highly analytical and have previous revenue management experience with a track record of performing high level of technical revenue management skills. The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal, management and organisation skills with a genuine passion for problem solving and achieving goals.
Duties will include:
- Prepare and lead weekly Revenue Meetings.
- Participate in the preparation of monthly forecasts and assist in completion of budget preparation.
- Prepare month-end analysis, discuss results and communicate to the Regional/Corporate Revenue Management.
- Prepare accurate Monthly and Weekly Forecasts for all transient groups based on the feedback from Sales/Conference Services.
- Manage inventory for both properties to maximize revenue derived from the room inventory.
Ensure a coherent and consistent hotel pricing and yield strategy across all channels according to pricing philosophy, and in alignment with Regional and Corporate Revenue Management.
- Identify trends, recommend growth efforts, and monitor progress of current selling strategies and ensure that each property is competitively positioned within local marketplace.
- Proactively provide and analyse data for the purpose of analysing and evaluating pace, specific business segments, market segment mix, specific accounts, channel production, room type demand, geographical mix and recognising trends and patterns.
Support the analysis of transient demand, price sensitivity and booking patterns, recognise trends and their relevance and then provide a pricing strategy recommendation in alignment with Regional/Corporate Revenue Management.
