Directors Level Secretary - Hybrid

Supporting two Directors, who are a pleasure to work with. You'll be responsible for diary management, expenses, booking meetings, organising hotels, venue's, travel etc.

Providing day to day support in all areas. We need someone who gets involved, who enjoys a varied role and has exceptional organisation skills. An excellent communicator who ideally has experience of working for two area's of the business and juggling priorities and workloads.

We've worked with this particular client for many years and their team and environment are tough to beat. Their offices are absolutely stunning, the entire staff and friendly, welcoming and just work together really well. Their holidays are fantastic and their salaries are very competitive. This will potentially be on a 12 month contract initially or via ourselves on a week to week temporary basis for 12 months +.
