Dispensing Optician Deputy Manager Position.

This very well equipped and recently refurbished established Boutique Style, Independent Opticians is situated in North London. They have a loyal customer base and offer a wide array of products. They are looking to add a very capable individual to their team to help to lead from the front and ensure that this company’s high standards are maintained. This is a full time permanent position.

Responsibilities of the Dispensing Optician Deputy Manager

We want you to be meticulous in your work.The role will be to lead a small team on the retail side of things. You will help to drive sales and keep the team focused. You will ensure that all procedures are followed correctly and that all customers leave having had the very best experience possible. You will be dispensing and making your own sales as well as supporting the rest of the team.

Requirements of the Dispensing Optician Deputy Manager

You need to be the type of person who gets joy out of getting things done.To apply for this position you will need to have experience of working within an opticians ideally in a supervisory position. You will be able to dispense to all levels, pre-screen and CL teach. You will also have the ability to help to lead a team and offer training and guidance to other members of the team. You will be a team player who is passionate about optics and who has an interest in optical fashion.

An understanding of social media and other computer based skills will be necessary.
