As a Dispute Resolution Lawyer, you will act as akey member of the legal team, managing a diverse caseload, ensuring accuracy and adherence to risk management protocols.

Duties:

-Efficiently manage a caseload
-Perform work accurately and reliably.
-Stay updated on legal developments.
-Cultivate and sustain a network of contacts.

Requirements

-Previously worked as a Solicitor, Fee Earner, Legal executive or in a similar role.
-Proven experience in Dispute Resolution
-Expertise in Inheritance Act and Contentious Probate or Property Litigation.
-Adherence to risk management procedures
