The Role:

As the Head of Dispute Resolution, you will oversee the general Dispute Resolution team, acting as a crucial escalation point and ensuring effective management of daily operations.

Duties:

• Lead and manage a team, allocating tasks and providing supervision
• Oversee day-to-day caseload management
• Stay updated on legal developments
• Build and sustain a network of contacts and referrers

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Dispute Resolution Lawyer
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Expertise in various Dispute Resolution areas

Experience in some of the following would be preferred:

• Employment
• Inheritance Act and Contentious Probate
• Contract disputes
• Civil procedure
• Shareholder and Partnership disputes
• Debt collection
• Construction disputes
• Housing/landlord and tenant disputes
• Boundary disputes
