The Role:
As the Head of Dispute Resolution, you will oversee the general Dispute Resolution team, acting as a crucial escalation point and ensuring effective management of daily operations.
Duties:
* Lead and manage a team, allocating tasks and providing supervision
* Oversee day-to-day caseload management
* Stay updated on legal developments
* Build and sustain a network of contacts and referrers
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Dispute Resolution Lawyer
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Expertise in various Dispute Resolution areas
Experience in some of the following would be preferred:
* Employment
* Inheritance Act and Contentious Probate
* Contract disputes
* Civil procedure
* Shareholder and Partnership disputes
* Debt collection
* Construction disputes
* Housing/landlord and tenant disputes
* Boundary disputes
