Dispute Resolution Paralegal

We have a fantastic new role for a Dispute Resolution Paralegal with a top UK law firm in the City. The firm are full service, with a particular expertise in financial services and tech.
 
The department
 
The firm’s Dispute Resolution team is made up of 25 Lawyers and focuses on civil fraud, securities litigation, international arbitration and general commercial litigation.
 
The role
 
The successful Dispute Resolution Paralegal can look forward to working with a high degree of responsibility across the department with a focus on securities litigation. Your responsibilities will include:
 

• Conducting in-depth legal research, particularly into legal entities
• Reviewing documentation such as statutes, constitutional documents and trading data
• Drafting client correspondence and managing client updates
• Reviewing new cases and judgments relating to securities litigations claims in England and Wales
• Trial preparation, assisting with disclosure and witness statements, bundling

 
 
About you
 
The ideal Dispute Resolution Paralegal will:
 

• Have six months plus of hands on Dispute Resolution/commercial litigation experience, particularly trial preparation
• Be someone who enjoys a busy and collaborative working environment
• Possess stellar academic credentials of a 2.1 or above (or adjusted, taking external factors into consideration)
• Be educated to LLB/PGDL level

 
In return
 

• In return, you will receive a salary of £30,000 - £35,000.
• Hybrid working model of 3 days in the office, the remainder from home
